MCES10 Software Terms and Conditions applying to the use of closed source MCES10 Software.

By Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the entire document and agree to be bound by its contents for CLOSED SOURCE SOFTWARE.

  • 1. By agreeing to this software you agree to not Distrubute, Copy, Modify, Merge, Publish, Distribute, or otherwise transfer this software or any portion of this software, without MCES10 Software's prior written consent. You can file a Permissions Request once a support email is published on the MCES10 Software website (www.mces10-software.com). If you have agreed to these Terms and Distrubute, Copy, Modify, Merge, Publish, Distribute, or otherwise transfer this software or any portion of this software, we believe that this is unfair and we will not allow this as you will have an option to do so in the future.
  • 2. Version preservation, if you are attempting to preserve the original version of this software, you must obtain a written permission from MCES10 Software(Just Ask). If you are attempting to preserve older versions of the Software Web Development Tutorials for Older Devices, don't worry. File a support request on the MCES10 Software website (www.mces10-software.com). We will respond with possible solutions to your problems.
  • 3. Account Hjacking is unacceptable any phising attempts against another user is illegal in many countries and is punishable by law. If you have any concerns about your account, please contact MCES10 Software at (https://www.mces10-software.com/supportform) and fill out the form. We will not tollerate this behaviour.

Information

This only applies to closed source software. If you are using open source software, you can download it from the repository. Early Access to open source AI models requires a MCES10 Software Account as the models may be incomplete.
